First time meeting new doctor's

I only met him in the procedure room just before the colonoscopy. I had asked at the office who would be doing the procedure. They told me there are 10,( maybe 12 gastroenterologist, they would choose one and ahead of time , the office would inform who it was. They did. I have worked in endoscopy , so understand much. It would have been nice to meet him before that, but guess this is how it is done now. Thankfully the team was great and my procedure was normal and no bus or polyps taken. He was literally informing who he was and would be doing procedure. Probably why the PA in the clinic sees you at " office visit". I'm grateful to him and the team. I thanked them in the procedure room and told them I appreciated all tgey do and would be doing.
