Dr. Cha is a good doctor but today he seemed more personable which made me more at ease.

2 hour wait time before seeing the doctor in an overcrowded/overbooked waiting room; required unnecessary X-rays that weren’t even mentioned during the 5 minute visit with the doctor telling me we’d need an updated MRI which is what is needed for my surgery and not the X-rays; pricing has doubled… I have had my MRI updated exam switched to my new doctor

My first visit with Dr. Cha was very impressive. He was warm personable and explained everything in detail my visit yesterday less impressive he appeared to be in a hurry and lacking in his more personable side I do realize he’s a doctor and a very talented specialist. I don’t expect special attention, but I expect to leave feeling better than when I arrived. I like honesty, no matter whether I appreciate the outcome or not and I expect nothing less as much as yesterday was not my kind of visit. I still would recommend Dr. Cha for his skills, I think last visit with your doctor should be just as warm feeling and good as the first I chose him because of his warmth and bedside manner unlike the previous specialist who was as cold as ice again I still would recommend him

I was actually unhappy I was the last patient to be seen when the building closed he did not go over my x-rays with me neither did they order an MRI which I thought was appropriate and the pain that I was in I was in hopes to be able to rest at home from work because my back cannot carry my job at this time but he told me I'd have to be completely disabled in a wheelchair which was ridiculous before I could be taken out of work
