3 star because he was not a very good communicator with me anyway. He apparently assumed I know enough about the findings of my MRI that it wasn’t necessary to go over with me.
In detail. I had to ask a lot of questions, and had to ask how severe the arthritis is. . He had me go to the desk to be scheduled for a shot. Little did I know it was for a consult only, in order to get the shot. Now, after being in pain, with sleepless nights, for over 3 weeks, I must wait for a clearance letter from another doctor before I can be scheduled to have an injection.
