I rated this visit 1/5. I waited about an hour, which honestly wasn’t an issue because I assumed the doctor was taking time with his patients. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I left with the exact same knowledge I came in with—and still in excruciating pain. He asked what I expected from the visit: RELIEF, or at least guidance on how to get some. Tips for sleeping, movements to avoid, ways to alleviate the pain, or even an explanation of what type of injury might be suspected. Instead, he seemed rushed, positioning himself to leave while I was asking questions. The only plan was therapy, which is fine but what does therapy consist of, how often or for how long? NO ANSWER. No real suggestions for managing severe pain that is affecting mobility and daily functioning. I wasn’t expecting a miracle. I expected compassion, education, and a plan. I got none of those. Sadly, AI has given me more useful guidance—I should’ve paid them for the visit.
