Dr Ward is a good doctor, generally speaking. However, based on my experience as an older Medicare patient, he could use more understanding of older patients. Also, more receptive to patients who are active participants in their healthcare. Patient questions are not disrespect. They are concerns, and should be encouraged, not viewed as argumentative.
