Too mechanical. Did not seem to care. Felt like just a number. Assistant was very nice.

Very please with his right forward diagnosis. And cheerful personality.

Even without my old medical records, Dr. Bingham was able to describe accurately my oculofacial injuries from an accident 35 years ago. He has put together a surgery plan that will hopefully restore better vision and simultaneously improve physical appearance. His demeanor is professional, pleasant, and efficient.

Definitely appeared to know what he’s doing—my first visit. I know nothing about the procedure—never had any type of facial surgery. He was forthcoming about cost—I appreciated that. As usual, now I have more questions!

My experience with the doctor and his assistant was wonderful. However the receptionist appeared to be in a bad mood and never smiled. Was almost robotic. Would have given 5 stars for the staff friendliness had the receptionist been friendlier.

Personal were courteous and professional. Doctor was to the point, professional,courteous and gave clear details on upcoming procedure.

Very professional in every way. Knows what’s going on with my medical issue and how to correct it. Waiting for insurance approval and will proceed.

He seemed pushy and did not let me interact in the conversation. I was letting him get done explaining to me, and the nurse interrupted with what she thought was some issues. I was going to bring this up when he was done explaining. He was more concerned that the Botox was playing a part in my droopy eyebrow brothers in listening to me and explaining that it had been droopy long before I got the Botox for my migraines. I could have showed him pictures from 2015 and 17 that I had on my iPad to show that.
