Dr. Broome-Webster shared his interest in why he wanted me to come to see him. He saw me in the hospital and there were a few test results he wanted to pursue. He took his time and explained what test he wants to do and why. He was very pleasant and showed a real interest in my situation.

It wasn't the dr .it was the med assistant. Not personable AT All . Very unfriendly .I tried to just make a joke telling her while weighing me my pants weighed 20. Pounds .she just Said no they don't. No friendly conversation . I felt ill at ease . Had trouble getting up on the table to sit . So I heftrd my right leg up fir leverage .she said you are not laying down ur sitting up . Kinda irritated. Everything she asked me to do or tell me was as if she was very aggravated . A lady on the other side of curtain said are you having a bad day to her .she most assuredly said yes . So after a few minutes passed I Saud so ur not having a good day .she replied I guess you could say that. I'm a retired nurse and k know his to talk to a person even when my day is bad . Forget that .be professional . And kind. And patient with the public. Then go to the bathroom and cry, let it go .and put a smile on ur face and go back out there .
