I had an echo cardiogram today . The technician was very friendly. Knowledgeable and kind . That made my visit most pleasant .

My wife and I were not allowed to be in the same exam room. Our appointments could have been concurrent and I would have been able to decipher some of the terminology for her and commit the medical advice to memory.
