Like the appointment with the doctor he was very good about explaining what was to happen.

Went into OIO for a visit and X-ray while Dr. Broering was on vacation. He called when he returned and had me come in for a follow up appointment. I appreciated he took the time and explained his thoughts of my issues. He is good at his job and takes time and concern for his patients.

Thorough and clear explanation

One thing that would be helpful is if there could have been a written document/paper that stated everything /ideas that was talked about.in the visit…..when I got home there was a few things I’m sure I forgot that we talked about.

First time over a hour wait to be seen. Next time over a hour and a half. Original appointment time was 1:00; they called and told me to come at 10:50 instead. Dr. Broering came in to see me about 12:25; I was pulling out of the parking lot at 12:32. He asked me how long it had been since my injury, 2 weeks or 6! Already getting out of his chair before I even had a chance to ask questions. Not thorough whatsoever, never asked if I have questions. Never gave any insight for care and maintenance.
