Nice professional mannerism.
Great service, very quick and informative.
Thorough, knowledgeable, and punctual.
Dr Broering is very knowledgeable. He has a pleasant manner about him and is willing to spend time with each patient. He doesn’t try to rush you through your appointments, even if he is running slightly behind!
He was very courteous and wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered
Honest and truthful.
So happy he was able to be my surgeon
Based on introductions, professionalism explanation of the situation.
I’m not sure if we saw Dr Broering or his PA Adam Homan. We were told we were seeing Dr Broering but from their pics on OIOO website, I think we saw his PA. Whoever it was, they were thorough, answered questions, financially responsible with f/u care and suggestions!
Chad was fine except that there was no acknowledgement that I had already been waiting 50 minutes by the time my appointment started. The slightest acknowledgement and respect for my time would have gone a long way.
