Very thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and conveys confidence to her patients.
Dr Strohl is a great doctor as is her MA. Who is not great is the dark skin woman at the front desk, I think her name is Mary. She needs to take some customer service classes as she is lacking them. I have been a patient since Dr Strohl graduated from medical school. Mary should greet patients with, “hello, how are, who are you here to see please have a seat”. I was greeted with, “who are you here to see”, never with a smile.
She listens to my concerns.
