Dr. Long was knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, and he took the time to thouroughly explain my diagnosis and treatmebt options. Additionally, he made sure to involve me in my treatment plan. He was patient, thoughtful and caring.

Communication with scheduling and answer phones.

I didn’t feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Long was very friendly with great bed side manners. He explained my treatment plan and the next steps. Came every day after my surgery to check on me & see how I was & I didn’t feel like he was just coming because he had to, but he actually TALKED to me & answered all of my questions and concerns & even chit chatted with my mom. Definitely recommend him

I have been a patient for years and LOVE Dr Long! Have referred many, many friends to him bc he truly is wonderful. But at a recent visit, I felt like he was trying to cover up a huge mishap that someone else in the office did. I’m not saying throw someone under the bus, but do not make it seem like something didn’t happen. Own it and let’s just call a spade a spade, and not try to paint a different picture. Even just an apology for someone else’s wrong doing would go a lot further than making it seem as if it didn’t happen.

Dr. Long is a super nice doctor and very easy to speak with. In each encounter I have directly had with him, he made me feel like he answered all my questions, as well as addressed my concerns. I love the staff, and only had one hiccup a long time ago. I would definitely recommend this office, and doctor for fertility. Fertility is scary, and hard so you want a team of professionals to take some of the pressure off.

Dr. Long is an outstanding physician and I wouldn’t have had a diagnosis and or my son without him.

It would have been nice if Dr. Long had personally followed up with me after the procedure to talk about the procedure—why the number of follicles did not match number of eggs retrieved, were there things I should have done differently, would it have changed things if I chose midazolam over Valium for the procedure, etc.

Dr Long was excellent. After seeing another doctor for two years with no results, Dr Long was able to pinpoint his suspected cause for my infertility and inspect and remedy the issue. I am now 10 weeks pregnant!

Dr. Long is absolutely amazing. On our first visit we were treated like family. He is very knowledgeable and caring.

Haven't gotten pregnant YET but I would highly recommend Dr. Long. He makes you feel so comfortable and has a very flexible and patient attitude with such a sensitive subject. He never forces anything and keeps you hopeful snd positive.

Dr. Long and his staff are the warmest people. They literally and metaphorically hold your hand during a journey that is often times dark and lonely. They’re also the most capable in the “getting pregnant” business! He wants you pregnant and will be speedy!! Dr. Long will get you pregnant if there is any way!!
