Dr Long and his staff were kind, efficient, and thorough. I appreciate they came prepared knowing my history and did not pressure me into any unnecessary tests or procedures. I felt like they were tailoring the plan to me and not just making me fit a cookie cutter treatment plan.

I really enjoyed this visit. It was helpful what all he could do for me and my husband. I look forward to the next visit.

Dr. Long was knowledgeable, personable, empathetic, and he took the time to thouroughly explain my diagnosis and treatmebt options. Additionally, he made sure to involve me in my treatment plan. He was patient, thoughtful and caring.
Communication with scheduling and answer phones.
I didn’t feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Long was very friendly with great bed side manners. He explained my treatment plan and the next steps. Came every day after my surgery to check on me & see how I was & I didn’t feel like he was just coming because he had to, but he actually TALKED to me & answered all of my questions and concerns & even chit chatted with my mom. Definitely recommend him
