Dr. Casey Sheck, D.O., graduated from Kent Island High School in Maryland. He then attended Randolph-Macon College as a Presidential, Honors, and Jackson Scholar, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. While playing on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team, he was twice selected for the ODAC Academic All-Conference. In addition to the College’s Deans list, he participated in the Summer Undergraduate Research Foundation, researching inhibitors of the Hepatitis C virus NS3 protease.

Education & Training
Born and raised on the Delmarva Peninsula, Dr. Sheck graduated from Kent Island High School in Maryland. He then attended Randolph-Macon College as a Presidential, Honors, and Jackson Scholar, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. While playing on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team, he was twice selected for the ODAC Academic All-Conference. In addition to the College’s Deans list, he participated in the Summer Undergraduate Research Foundation, researching inhibitors of the Hepatitis C virus NS3 protease.
Dr. Sheck gained firsthand experience as an emergency department medical scribe before attending medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a 5-year General Surgery residency sponsored by Rowan University at Inspira Health Network, becoming the first graduate to obtain board certification by the American Board of Surgery. Selected as one of 65 surgical graduates globally, Dr. Sheck pursued an Independent Plastic Surgery Residency at Cooper University Hospital. During his residency, he studied under leading surgeons in microsurgery, pediatric craniofacial, and aesthetic surgery. He also co-hosted The Loupe, one of the world’s fastest growing plastic surgery education podcast.

Dr. Sheck was so great from start to finish. He's a genuinely nice person, not putting on an act to sell procedures like so many seem to do. Very honest about expectations. I always felt he was a doctor, serious about his craft. Not once did he try to talk me into a procedure or service. I have a lot of respect for his abilities as a doctor and surgeon.
