I had read so many extremely positive reviews that you can imagine my disappointment when I was in the office with him. He might have spent three or four MINUTES with me. I don’t have anything in writing to tell me what my diagnosis is. He did not ask me any questions. He didn’t assure me that I would be OK with a possible diagnosis of surgery. He wasn’t sure about my diagnosis so he wanted the MRI but I would’ve liked to have asked him what if the MRI doesn’t say surgery; what are my next options. The girls at the front told me he was running behind, but I’m so disappointed in his lack of time and care and no discussion about what has happened to my shoulder and what is going to happen to my shoulder and what my options are. It was just get an MRI and he was out the door.

I came to the walk in clinic after spraining my ankle. Dr. Casey was very thorough, compassionate and felt I was in very good hands.

I love when a doctor walks straight into a room, immediately sakes your hand and says, "How can I help? I'm here for you." We talked and talked and he did some assessments with my daughter, reassessed everything again and even stopped mid-appointment to say, "Before we go any further, I want to go look up some information." Never once did we feel rushed or dismissed. To truly listen to your patients and want the best for them is what makes Dr. McClone so great. I couldn't recommend a better Orthopedic Specialist!

Didn’t spend 3 whole minutes in our room and wanted to fix 5+ years of ankle pain (that started with an injury) with a new pair of flip flops. I had to push to get further testing. Unimpressed.

All went well, except that he mentioned an injection into the neck but then forgot apparently, because I left without the injection, which I would have gladly accepted. The bigger issue was that the front desk person assured me that my prescription had been communicated to my pharmacy when I specifically asked her so that I would not arrive at my pharmacy and be told no prescription had been called in. I went out of my way to the pharmacy and no prescription had been called in. That really pissed me off, honestly, because, again, I asked specifically in order to avoid this issue.

He shouldn't be practicing! For almost two years I've been going to him for shoulder pain. He has never bothered to order an MRI, and he just made-up things like telling me I had a frozen shoulder, or that I had bursitis, or I needed therapy. I finally went to another doctor who ordered an MRI and found out that I needed surgery. When I went back to tell him, he showed no emotions. In fact, he seemed to be mad that I had finally gotten a second opinion.

Casey was great at quickly diagnosing the pain I was feeling injuries from playing pickleball. A shot of cortisone in elbow and then a week later a shot in my shoulder has almost completely eliminated my pain. Glad I went here after 2 months of trying to fix the issue myself.

Seems very knowledgeable but wasn’t terribly personable. Never introduced himself when he came in, I wasn’t sure who I was talking to. I felt like he was in a hurry and was rushing. I’m sure he was super busy but he didn’t inspire a ton of confidence.

It was my first time seeing Dr. McClone and he figured out exactly what was wrong with me after doing shoulder xrays. He figured out my pain was in my neck and not the shoulder as I had thought so he had them do neck xrays and figured out I have arthritis in my neck and gave me options for treatment but because I'm diabetic we went with option 2 which was a shot and he had a tech come in and spray a cold numbing agent on my neck as he did the injection and all I felt was a bit of pressure. Thank you Dr. mcClone.

I waited an hour to get a Cortizone shot in my knee. He was in the office a whole two minutes. People before me and after we were all called in I checked at the front desk to make sure I wasn’t overlooked and was told they were two people ahead of me and that was after waiting 45 minutes. In actuality five more people went to their appointments. I don’t understand why it took so long, and there was no apology or explanation as to why it took an hour to get me in in two minutes to talk to me and give me my shot.

Waited a hour was never seen. Cancelled my appointment and left after the entire lobby was full twice and cleared out twice, and over heard t one of the doctors telling the lady at the desk to double book, not acceptable. I will not be returning.

OMG i suffer from multiple issues, neck fusion, lumbar fusion, bulging disc in my thoracic. The doctor listens and formulates a treatment plan, my case is neck fusion causing severe headaches that only occipital injections can ease the pain, first appointment today we talked and boom occipital injections and the headache is gone, Dr Casey McClone is the BOMB!

Dr. McLoone is a great doctor. I was able to get an appointment with him within a very reasonable timeframe. He addressed my tennis elbow on the spot by doing injections immediately rather than having me schedule a separate appointment. He also prescribed PT for me and told me what kind of brace to get. He addressed my pain from every angle. He's very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and skilled. I highly recommend him.

Me.McClone devalidated me more than once. I am a 28 year old that has recovered from a sacrum fixation, broke femur, two broke hips, and a broke tailbone. I told him this was out of my ordinary pain and excruciating. He said “bulging disc are normal at your age”. I know for a fact they are not. He did not take me serious what so ever.

Quickly diagnosed problem and immediately took action to eliminate. Friendly and informative

Dr McClone instills confidence with his directness and willingness to listen to my concerns and issues. He is rather quick in each appointment but i believe we accomplish what needs to be done in the short time we spend.
