As a retired nurse & in on an emergent visit arranged by the NP I had seen a few hours ago, I found him to be an excellent physician that I would return to as well as make referrals to. He LISTENED to me, explained the treatment plan very thoroughly, helped me understand my issue w/ the visual aid of a chart on the wall which added extreme clarity to what was going on. I did not feel he was trying to push any unnecessary treatments for institutional financial gain that weren’t really indicated at this time. For being referred w/ an incorrect panic diagnosis by the NP, I felt like he stopped this runaway train with expertise & I was quite pleased & comforted at the end of the visit. If I ever truly need ENT, he will be the guy I go to.

Kind, patient, takes time to explain

A large area of skin was removed on my temple and near my eye due to skin cancer. I was referred to Dr. Williams for facial reconstruction surgery. He was able to surgically repair the area without skin grafting and I couldn’t have asked for better results. He is an excellent surgeon that pays attention to the cosmetic details (as well as medical necessities) and I will go to no one else should I be put in this situation again. He also explains things in detail and with professionalism so you understand what is happening every step of your journey.

Dr. was so good at communicating what he saw on my CT as well as how I could address my concerns with a simple treatment plan. So glad I saw him.

Our daughter had a terrible ear ache from a recent strep infection. Dr. Williams did a great job explaining why this can happen and changed up her care plan from her recent urgent care visit. Due to her having multiple strep infections in recent months we are grateful to have a plan of action if another one occurs. Thank you Dr. Williams!
