Condescending.She is so old school she mentions things that are so outdated. Told me to feed my son liver and crackers. I get it, its high in iron but the fact is what kid would even touch it?! So completely unhelpful.

Dr. Fleener paid close attention to my daughter. We went early in the morning without an appointment, during walk in hrs. She spent the time to check her and sent her to get x-rays and ultrasound and set up an appointment to see her the next morning. I was so pleased with the whole staff!

We have been bringing our family here for over 22 years and now my grandchild. Sincerely grateful for the amazing staff and both Dr. Fleeners and Lisa Ann Bernard, ARNP, who truly care about their patients.

The office staff is nice however she has the poorest bedside manner. Every encounter, I find myself uneasy and offended at what comes out of her mouth. There’s a way to say things as a provider without being offensive. She spoke to my kids as if they were idiots. If you’re a pediatrician I expect that you should have a level of patience and understanding when it comes to dealing with children as well as children with special needs.

Dr. Barbara was the doctor assigned to my teenage daughter. during her appointment. Dr. Barbara was very thorough detail oriented , helpful, cheerful, pleasant listened well and explain things thoroughly. The office environmental was very , inviting. Explained everything as was prepared.

She is known both of my kids since they were infants, she’s great with them she listens, and she gives them the care they need. I love their whole team.

We were greeted quickly, and taken in fast! The staff was super nice and comforting to us and our son. No pressure on him, they offered him stickers and let him roam the office putting him at ease...a huge difference from his prior medical experiences, thanks for caring about your patients.

Absolutely horrible experience have been taking my kids here for as long as I can remember got the cops called on me today matter fact, all the staff was watching “eating their popcorn” like it was a big show. My husband felt like they were biased towards him every time he would go in with our children, they would treat him like disgusting trash because he has tattoos, my sons has had multiple physicals for the high school Riverview football here and HAVE PAST their physicals every time . and this time because they didn’t want to work or do their job. They decided to tell us they could not pass him because information that I filled out on the physical that has NEVER CHANGED and always has been passed by this doctors office. They’re lazy, biased, and judgmental . I wish I could say something different because I don’t like bashing doctors offices, but the way my family was treated today is unforgivable.

Rude. Classist, likely. I won't be back. Her staff has a few gems on it, but that won't be enough for redemption. Another likelihood, she couldn't care less to lose someone of our status, so it is likely this comment won't phase her much.

I waited over an hour to be seen past my appointment time. I showed up early. And then when i asked about my kid and some things that were really concerning she was super quick to answer without actually listening and cut me off and then proceeded to give me terrible advice.....

If I could give her 0 stars I would. She is rude and needs to retire. She let my 16 year old know she is 50lbs overweight. I have never ever had an experience like this. Also she assumed we were on Medicaid. She is a disgusting human. We will never go back.

Thank goodness we found her. She is a true professional who is extremely smart and caring in her work.

Gruff bedside manner. Got offended and gave a short reply when I asked if we could see the doctor my children typically see (Dr Barbara). She did not take the time to read my son’s chart or look at his previous medical history so she didn’t know that he had cystic fibrosis or why he took the medications he takes. I felt I was talked down to for the majority of the visit and like I didn’t know how to care for my child.

I Love Fleener So Much & She Loves All Her Patients. She Is Such An Inspiring Woman To Look To Especially Since I’ve Been Going To See Her My Entire 20 Years Of Living! Anyway From THE SALTER FAMILY We Love You Fleener!!!!

I am happy to have found this clinic. I have been coming here with my child since infancy. Dr. Carola Fleener’s staff always listens to my concerns about my child’s health. Dr. Carola Fleener helps my child get better every time we are in for a sick visit.

Not very friendly for a children's doctor. But on the other hand her daughter Barbara and ARNP Lisa and office staff are excellent.

Very nice very clear and very understanding. I’ve been going there since my son Isaiah Zamora was two weeks old and he is now eight, I definitely recommend y’all. To my friends that are having kids. And I now know about three of them that go there with their kids. Love you guys and thank you so much for caring about my son 🥰
