Carola Fleener, MD

DR.CAROLA FLEENER was born and raised in South America and received her M.D. degree at the University of Carabobo in Venezuela. As her family is originally from Sarasota, she and her husband Jim and their three children moved back to this area in 1984. Carola was in the Pediatric training program at All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg before joining the Sarasota Children’s Clinic. She is a member of the American Association of Physicians Specialists, American Medical Association, the Florida Medical Association and the Sarasota County Medical Society. She is board certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Physicians Specialists. She is active in the Sarasota County Medical Society and is very involved with family and community activities here in Sarasota. She loves being a Grandmother!
