Staff professional PA very knowledgeable Dr explained everything very well
This was our first meeting ever. It would’ve been nice if Dr Fernandez had introduced himself when he came into the room. When a doctor doesn’t acknowledge me when he comes into the room with a Healow or a handshake and in this instance since it was our first visit, his name and a hand shake, it makes me feel he considers me as a very insignificant person when there is no greeting.
He, his PA, and all the rest of his staff were very efficient and friendly. They all were professional and I immediately felt at ease and felt trust.
Great doctor and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision.
He sat my son down my son is 16teen and explained everything to him so he understood what he was dealing with. I would totally recommend him. Five ⭐️
