Dr. Fernandes genuinely listens to one's concerns. He is attentive and I never felt rushed through any of my multiple office visits. My surgery went great. Dr. Fernandes actually showed up to all my follow up visits which are, in my experience, often managed by other staff. All of the doctor's staff are also courteous and professional. I hope I don't need him in the future, but I would if needed and highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Fernandes is the most calm, understanding surgeon. He did an amazing job on my daughter's surgery! I would definitely rate him top!!

Dr Fernandes is an excellent hand surgeon! I have had carpal tunnel surgery and ulnar release on both hands and elbows and this surgery for trigger thumb. His empathy for the pain I was in was so genuine. After the hand and elbow surgery, I was completely out of pain and within a couple of months, I had full feeling back a was able to crochet, draw, paint, and garden again. I’m still healing from the thumb surgery, but I know it will heal well and restore use again.
His staff, from the receptionist to his surgery assistant and other assistants are very well trained, and organized, letting me know every step so there was no surprises. They treated this Senior Citizen with dignity and respect and made me feel comfortable that everything would be fine. I will recommend Dr Fernandes to anyone who has hand or elbow disability. Absolutely amazing care!

I’ve read reviews on Dr. Fernandes. My situation was not serious as it turned out. I felt like he wasn’t overly interested or concerned. I think of you have a serious situation needing surgery, he’s your Dr. If you’re working through some old age , overuse issues , he is a bit uninterested . He gave me some in office procedures that could work but not a lot of information.
