First visit. Found the wait was very long but ultimately understood why.The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and personable. Great bedside manner with the ability to put one at ease. The efficiency and pleasantness of the staff completed the positive experience.

Dr. Barnswell completed his urologic training at the combined St Luke’s/Roosevelt/Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center Program.
In 1996 Dr. Barnswell started his private practice, Metropolitan Urologic Services in Elmont New York. He provides general urologic screening and treatment with special expertise in prostate disease including prostate cancer and BPH.
