Specializing in primary care, hypertension, and nephrology, Dr. Kirkwood's clinical interests focus on preventive medicine, diabetes management, chronic kidney disease, and hypertensive or diabetic nephropathy. He is also a certified Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialist.
Dr. Kirkwood is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of his clinical practice, he is an active community member who coaches local youth soccer teams. He enjoys walking, jogging, traveling, reading, drawing, and photography.
