Doctor Santivanez and his staff were very professional and detailed. Dr Santivanez addressed referrals and a medication prescription that had been incorrectly written on previous visits with another doctor. The doctor put in all requests with a urgency level so that my needs were taken care of asap. The doctor also followed up with me when all requests were finalized. I would recommend Dr Santivanez and his staff to family and friends.
