Very unprofessional, after waiting for 40 minutes because EMR wasn’t working, heard him say it was 3 Mondays in row and they still couldn’t figure out how to have patients seen. I did let the MA know my aunt Needed to be seen ASAP because I had an appointment. The Doctor heard so when he entered the room He said number 1 this is a medi-cal clinic. My thoughts why does that even matter? So I should expect my aunt to be treated less than because she doesn’t have private insurance. That told be he doesn’t treat the medi-cal patients the same as he does in his private office, which is sad. He is a doctor with the same knowledge to treat no matter the circumstances of the patients insurance. If he doesn’t see that way then he shouldn’t be working in a medi-cal office.
