The best
Some people misunderstand his bluntness and says he is rude. I find him delightful and refreshing to have a Dr. that get to the point. He is not rude at all. Dr. Carlos is a kind and gentle soul. He cares for his patience. Yes, he is a little raw, but I love that about him. The staff is wonderful and deserves credit for what they do.
