Dr. Rivera has done the best he can while I’ve been in his care but his assistant Brenda Stanback has to be the rudest person in the healthcare industry I have encountered. I was speaking to her for assistance in filling out my FMLA paperwork and as I was telling her what the FMLA Case Manager told me to tell her, she advised me that Dr. Rivera would not sign off on it. Which was fine but instead of her giving me a recommendation on what he would sign off on in order for me to work comfortably, her recommendation was, “Maybe you should find another job!” which was out of order for her to say. After I explained to her that my CAREER shouldn’t have been brought up and I don’t work no ANY job, she had nothing more to say to me. That really rubbed me the wrong way and now gives me anxiety to deal with her again. She should never overstep her boundaries ever again!

Dr.Rivera was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my issues. He asked if I had any further questions and waited for my response. Advised me of a treatment plan. Gave me options and allowed me time now and if later to call back for an appointment.
