Im not going to say terrible, but when it comes to understanding the needs of the patient, 2out of 10. I normally don’t do reviews but i sat in the exam room 1hour and 30 minutes before i seen anyone. All in all, unsatisfied with the outcome of my visit. Every doctor is different he said, but my doctor at the Southaven location was more accommodating to my request to be off work, and because of that I recovered in a faster rate along with the therapy given.

I’ve been seen several DR’s for 3 yrs trying find out what’s going on with me. He spent 32 min (yes 32 min) with me. He was extremely thorough and I did not feel rushed. I give Dr. Rivera 10 stars ⭐️

I was in excruciating pain due to nerve issues in my back. Was expected to just deal with the pain I had already dealt with for several weeks trying to get in for visit. Had to wait for another week for nerve block. Was gave arthritis pain meds. They wonder why people die from pain management on the street.

I went in for my back. He not once touched back. He offered me some steroids for pain. I need a physician thag actually cares and concerned about the patients needs. It’s really sad! And disappointing.
