We are very upset at having received letter of having to depart from Dr. Carlos 's care.The letter made no sense as he has been instrumental in keeping us healthy and we have become so dependant on his advice as he has explained with compassion and concern his findings of our conditions and has referred us to specialists when necessary.
We are not happy with the company's decision of dismissi ng us from his care;Truly not a patient wise decision. Cannot believe we need to look for another doctor at our age after being treated "like familia" at your Gonzaba Clinic!!

He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Montgomery Campus, Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama.
