Dr. Garcia Monterroso is a member of the American College of Physicians and received the W.J. Many, MD Award of Distinction and Excellence. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Montgomery Campus, Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, Alabama.
He chose Gonzaba Medical Group saying, “Gonzaba treats every patient Como Familia. Also, I like that this is a physician led organization that puts the patient first and at the center of their care, which I believe it is important in primary care; always putting the patient first.”
