Today he was overwhelmed but he still made time to answer all my questions.

Good. I waited over 1 month for this appointment and literally only to be referred to other specialties and told that I have to make another appointment and wait 1 more month for my physical. My doctor did not have the time to do a full interview. It was like throwing up as much information as I could, and I felt his rush to be done with me. I have medical issues that were not addressed and I did not have time to tell him. He was kind but so much work makes the quality of care low.

We never got to see Dr. Baez. My husband's back was hurting & those chairs made it worse. His appointment was for 3:10. We were still waiting at 3:40. We had been there since 2:50. When we asked how much longer we had to wait they'd say you're next. My husband got so mad he told the receptionist that we were leaving. I was there for a flu shot. The nurse kept getting my name wrong. I corrected her twice because I was afraid she had the wrong person & my record would not show that I had gotten a flu shot.

Dr. Carlos Baez had been treating all of my illnesses and injuries for the last 20+ years. His ability to focus on understanding the cause of any of my issues has allowed me to live a life without the interference of ache and pains associated with either of my short term or long term health issues. He is a doctor that actually doctors meaning any symptoms that you come to him with does not get ignored. He is firm in finding the answers to your health problems in order to appropriately address your needs.

He spent total 9 minutes, walked IN and OUT. I had a timer on. I emphasized enough why I came in to urgent care, because of my severe sore throat from coughing all night long. He did a COVID test instead. I didn't need a Covid test!! My conditions were evident to him. Needed med for suppress my cough, yellow mucus all day and night long, chest congestion, white discharge on boyltj eyes, Only antibiotics was prescribed. Thursday, I had to call in requesting some med for my throat and coughing, I finally got another med from the nurse but it didn't help. So I had to go back to Urgent Care Friday. Then Dr Chambell was even worse (total 5min) and so rude showed so indifference in my conditions. At least Dr Baez was courteous vs. Dr. Chambell, DO. She made a disrespectful remark on my conditions and physical disability from Parkinson's. She should not be practicing in medicine.

Hello Dr Baez, I start by saying Dr C Baez is very caring and very excellent physician. He took care of me since I moved from Kaiser Permanente in 2011. When my PSA increased from 2.3 to 3.1 he sent me to Urologist [Dr Elmer Pineda] rightaway for biopsy. The results shows that I was positive of Prostate cancer. I was so lucky that Dr Pineda caught it in the very stages. I had my surgery done rightaway after our vacation from Cambria, California. I 've been cancer free since 2013. Dr Carlos Baez saved my life and also Dr Elmer Pineda. With out them maybe I was probably gone. Kaiser Permanente have a protocol to follow. They doctors will not take care of you if your PSA level is less than 4.0. Again thanks to Dr Baez and Dr Pineda for saving my life. God Bless!!! As Always, Jimmy Castillo

Dr. Baez is good at many levels. Not only does he give me all the medical recommendations and tests that I need, but he also provides me with the personal touch a patient needs. He gets down to literally know you. Great Dr. The best Dr. I have so far as a 62-year-old person of color.

He always listens to me. Hard to find any medical personnel as they are always so busy.

He had great bedside manner. Did not discount any of my concerns. Was kind of rushed at the end, but it seemed as though he had a lot of clients. Very nice doctor.

Very competent Doctor with communication skills. Unfortunately, you may feel rushed while he is evaluating for examination, but like all modern doctors he has way too many patients, and it can be hard to remember everything that is wrong with you, so you have to provide friendly reminders and ask for tests or to check lab for work.

Same efficient friendly professional self who has excellent bedside manner yet better, in some way - happier maybe, hard to find the right word, renewed in some way.
