Throughout the years, she has consistently been there for our family, providing not only medical support but also genuine compassion and understanding. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring doctor.
When not spending time with her patients at Gonzaba, she enjoys traveling, yoga, outdoor activities and playing multiple musical instruments. Dr. Carla Acra Despradel is married to her husband, Pedro, and they have two children.
At age 16, Dr. Carla Acra knew she want to be a doctor and that working with seniors was important to her. Dr. Acra chose to work at Gonzaba Medical Group because it allows her to practice comprehensive medicine tailored to each patients’ need and create a “como familia” relationship which is very important to her.
She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. Dr. Acra is a member of the American College of Physicians.
