My experience in having cataract surgery for both eyes was transformational. Not only is Dr. Tubb s an expert surgeon, knowledgeable and up-to-date concerning procedures and product, he was also quite thorough in explaining and answering all my questions. I went into surgery completely confident And the results are stunning. I can see the world again!
Fantastic. Extremely talented, very pleasant, explains things well. The BEST
Dr Tubbs great! Unfortunately, it’s the only thing great about icon. Although it’s the most important. I had five appointments with icon and the average weight to see Dr. Tubbs was over two hours, even though I was early for all of my appointments This is an extremely disorganized office and I feel bad for Dr. Tubbs The attitude from the staff is : too bad- nothing we can do about it- don’t care Absolutely that is the feeling Way too much staff walking around gossiping eating donuts and McAllister’s deli while Patience are waiting hours to see the doctor It’s a shame
During my recent visit, I expected to have scar tissue from my cataract surgery removed with a laser, similar to the procedure performed on my other eye during a previous appointment. Additionally, I was not informed that my eyes would be dilated before the procedure. Had I known, I would have planned accordingly, as the dilation temporarily hinders my ability to work on computer screens, which is crucial for my job as a research psychologist. So, no points for change of purpose for the visit and no points for lack of heads up about the dilation which I admit I should have expected. Otherwise a good experience and the administrative glitch’s notwithstanding, I will highly recommend Dr. Tubbs and his team.
Excellent doctor. Great bedside manner.
The only complaint I have is I’m in the office for a long time. He’s either slow or you need a new dr to take some of the patient load. My last visit was for an hour and a half for a pressure check. Thanks.
Very good thank you
Dr. Tubbs was amazing. He explained everything to me in such a way that it was so easy to understand. He answered my many many questions and I left there feeling very confident and ready to move forward with my surgery
Great to offer help and answer questions. He was patient and caring
