Dr Nectmann relieved the worse Sciatica ever experienced with a TLIF procedure and followed up with a Foraminotomy. I still have residual pain but nothing close to the Sciatica back in March 2026. He will always be my goto Neurosurgeon. Plus he’s a nice guy!!
Was not cut happy, was actually concerned about the patient. Willing to ask for more test before jumping into slicing and dicing. Highly recommended
