Dealt with me throughout entire process with my shoulder injury up to and unfortunately to needing surgery. Very few doctors today wouldn't have going on this ride. Many would have and did push surgery. Dr. Adolph was not the first Orthopedic surgeon I had seen.

Dr Adolph is a top notch orthopedic surgeon! He did both of my knee replacements. I will recommend him to everyone I know!!!

My first impression of Dr. Adolph was, although he's probably an excellent physician, he was lacking on an interpersonal level, which to me, as the patient, is very important. He entered the room, stated his name, sat down, and proceeded to look at my chart on the computer. He used a lot of medical terms and types of procedures that I was totally unfamiliar with. This is a whole new area of treatment for me. I was disappointed in his presentation.

It was all good.

When I called in requested another physician & was told he didn't do hips. Dr. Adolph was recommended by the scheduler stating she heard good things. When he entered the room he was very direct. Stated my x-rays looked good & didn't see any cause for concern. There was an awkward silence. He hadn't asked any questions or even examined me. Never touched me. I thought I was going to burst into tears! I was referred by Dr Hollinger my chiropractor who has been treating me 3 weeks. I'm in constant pain when sitting, to walk. He did eventually ask me what occurred & then did press on my hamstring & hip briefly before agreeing to a physical therapy & a anti-inflammatory. We are also scheduled for an MRI. The end result was positive however; Dr Adoph bed side manner can improve. Arrived to his office in chronic pain since 8/20, no relief. His staff had been exceptional. Kind, empathic and engaging. The same could not be said for him.

Took time to answer my questions and provided the care I needed. Drained fluid from knee and provided Cortizone shot with minimal discomfort.

Dr Adolph is a good doctor with a sense of humor, very down to earth.
