His plethora of knowledge is useful and helps me understand things a bit better. The only downfall I have is not about him, or it is… idk. The wait time from when the clinical tech came to see me from when he came in was almost an hour. I understand he’s a hot commodity however waiting in a room for an hour is a bit much.
