She is empathic, honest and frank in her estimation of your condition. She's the only hand doctor I have ever been to that has given me an honest estimation of how long the recovery will be should I chose surgery. I really appreciated this honest assessment.

I felt a distinct disinterest in my issues from both the doctor and her medical assistant. Admittedly my hand problems are not severe, but I worry about them due to my age (76) and independence. Some feigned interest, if that's the best you can do, goes a long way
