Dr Arimie when I finally did get to speak to him was very nice although did not seem to know why were having the telehealth appointment or what it was for. I explained was referred by Dr Gourdji for a camera pill test. He said his office would be in touch to schedule but that was two weeks ago. My office has left mutliple messages to schedule but no calls have been returned.

I was his first appointment of the day; he was an hour late. I stated that I gained 25 pounds over the last year and 8 of those pounds was last month and that something was definitely off. I said I have stomach issues and am always bloated. I told him I'm not eating differently than before (i eat mostly low carb and low sugar) and get in 10k steps a day and workout 5 days a week with pilates, peloton, treadmill hikes, and strength workouts. He then told me my stomach issues were because I was so inactive. He said I needed to exercise 7 days a week not 5 and walking didn't count. He then gave me his regime that had one form of exercise listed as BOWLING. He didn’t get to the bottom of my issues, just told me to change my breakfast and take fiber supplements. He also pressed on my appendix, and I said I had pain. He said let's just start with the fiber for now. Then the office tried to bill me $330 4 days later.

Absolutely horrible office scheduling and communication. The doctor didn’t remember why I was there or my medical history until he reviewed it when my appointment was an hour and 45 minutes late. The receptionist never explained the delay and the doctor was not prepared for my blood test results. Obviously everyone is trying to meet quotas and profit margins.

This doctor is simply wonderful. He listened carefully and sent me for examination. I was satisfied with the first appointment.
