Dr. C. Noel Henley graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in chemical engineering and went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. After completing his training in orthopaedic surgery at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Dr. Henley stayed on to complete an additional year of fellowship training in hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery at the Indiana Hand Center.

Dr. C. Noel Henley was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in chemical engineering and went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. After completing his training in orthopaedic surgery at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Dr. Henley stayed on to complete an additional year of fellowship training in hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery at the Indiana Hand Center.
Dr. Henley joined Ozark Orthopaedics in 2007 and practices in both Fayetteville and Bentonville. He enjoys combining his knowledge of physics and anatomy to help educate patients on their orthopaedic problems and potential solutions.
As an upper extremity specialist, he particularly enjoys the variety in his specialty as he treats patients of all ages with a wide range of problems. He focuses on hand, wrist, and elbow problems, including reconstructing arthritic joints, releasing pinched nerves, and repairing injuries.
Dr. Henley is married to his high school sweetheart, Marissa, and together they are raising two sons and a daughter. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, lifting things up and putting them down, road cycling, and spending time with his family.
Met him once. You should not ask for a rating after seeing someone once. I have no basis for rating other than he was nice, he was professional, he was attentive, and he seems quite competent. But I didn't come for any of that. That is not at all why I am in front of this man. I came for a solution so asking me to rate him at this stage is the reason for the "Okay" rating. He very certainly could end up (at the completion of my experience) with an "Excellent" rating. This is all premature.

Very knowledgeable! He's gentle and kind! He asks very detailed questions and makes sure you have no questions about your situation prior to leaving his exam room! Definitely a doctor that listens to you and addresses things with you right there! Definitely recommend Dr. Henley!
