Dr Henley is a nice, funny and friendly doctor. He was also fast which I really appreciated. Hopefully I will not need to see him again but if I do I’m glad I found such a wonderful doctor.

Met him once. You should not ask for a rating after seeing someone once. I have no basis for rating other than he was nice, he was professional, he was attentive, and he seems quite competent.
But I didn't come for any of that. That is not at all why I am in front of this man. I came for a solution so asking me to rate him at this stage is the reason for the "Okay" rating. He very certainly could end up (at the completion of my experience) with an "Excellent" rating. This is all premature.
