The exam was minimal and he didn’t really engage with my child (the patient). We were referred by our pediatrician but I would say this isn’t a good place for young children to be seen.

I had a 3pm appointment but wasn’t seen until4:30.

He took his time and listened. My appointment was at 2:45pm and I wasn’t seen until 4:45. That was my only issue.

I wish I would have had more time with the doctor and that he would have studied my chart to learn more about my health prior to seeing me (I waited well over an hour to be seeing). This was my first time in that practice and first impressions count the most. However, he seemed friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Dr Dixon is top-notch. He listens to his patients and has a lot of compassion towards the condition at hand. Highly recommend

Im not sure why I bothered coming in he deflated bulb in nose but did not removed the trump in my nose I felt it was infected had to wait till next. Day when I saw Dr waxmen he removed and caterrize my bleedng nose which now I need survey to fix iissue

A very good experience Dr Dickson and his staff were warm and friendly. He helped me with my ear issue and hopefully it will resolve itself shortly. I would recommend both Dr Dickson and his clinic for anyone looking for a good ENT.

Whenever I have seen Dr. Dickson, he takes his time with me , listens to me and performs a through examination. If I ever have an ongoing ear or sinus issue, I always tell my primary doctor to refer me to Dr. Dickson. The last time I saw him was probably over 10 years ago. I was so happy when he was still available in my network.

He’s a wonderful warm person

Waited for over an hour, which is typical for him as I overheard multiple conversations in the waiting room about how long people wait every time they have a visit. Once seen, he was very pleasant and professional.

It would have been nice if he (or a nurse) could have taken some time to explain how to care for the particular condition we came to him to find out about. As it was, he just told us the diagnosis, prescribed the medicine then was done. Not a whole lot of care and concern. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it was a very poor reflection of the whole facility.

For the last 25 years he has been so caring and an awesome surgeon!!

He is a really good doctor my daughter has been having an infection in her throat for almost 2 months . He automatically knew she needs her tonsils removed I drove 2 hours for him he was my second opinion the first doctor said that they couldn't help me she had to have at least seven infections before they could do anything I didn't want my daughter to be on medication for several months I drove to a second opinion doctor all the way in Novi he's very nice very friendly the whole staff everyone is very caring I know his office is all the way in Novi but it's definitely worth the drive he's very educated and he is very sweet. I'm glad I drove the 2-hour drive to him and he's very caring as well very caring. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I Tried calling the doctors office after I left my appointment/ procedure because my stitches came out right away and they closed at 5 pm. I Couldn’t get past being placed on automated hold and it was 430-445

Kept waiting too long. Finally ushered in by an indifferent staff member who questioned me then abruptly left on mid sentence. Doctor didn't seem that interested in my issue; lackluster exam. I felt he lacked any empathy and didn't address my problem thoroughly. Went to a completely wrong diagnosis as he sent me to the exit. I felt rushed, and on reflection I will not return for any further treatment.
