Dr. D has been my ENT doctor for years and has always been patient, thorough and caring and he listens . I have had ear problems since age 3 and consider myself lucky to find him..

Dr. Dickson is a blessing. One of the few who actually care about people and their quality of life. After several years of sinus related illness, I am feeling so much better!

Im not sure why I bothered coming in he deflated bulb in nose but did not removed the trump in my nose I felt it was infected had to wait till next. Day when I saw Dr waxmen he removed and caterrize my bleedng nose which now I need survey to fix iissue

A very good experience Dr Dickson and his staff were warm and friendly. He helped me with my ear issue and hopefully it will resolve itself shortly. I would recommend both Dr Dickson and his clinic for anyone looking for a good ENT.

Whenever I have seen Dr. Dickson, he takes his time with me , listens to me and performs a through examination. If I ever have an ongoing ear or sinus issue, I always tell my primary doctor to refer me to Dr. Dickson. The last time I saw him was probably over 10 years ago. I was so happy when he was still available in my network.

He’s a wonderful warm person

Waited for over an hour, which is typical for him as I overheard multiple conversations in the waiting room about how long people wait every time they have a visit. Once seen, he was very pleasant and professional.

Dr. Dickson helped his patient, informed us what was going on and why there was pain too. This patient is a "Special Needs" and quickly help the patient with very limited verbal communication.

Good interchange with the Dr. but that was after waiting 55 minutes to see him. His specific interaction was very good (4*), but the long wait without being told snd setting expectation brings down the overall rating.

It would have been nice if he (or a nurse) could have taken some time to explain how to care for the particular condition we came to him to find out about. As it was, he just told us the diagnosis, prescribed the medicine then was done. Not a whole lot of care and concern. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it was a very poor reflection of the whole facility.

For the last 25 years he has been so caring and an awesome surgeon!!

He is a really good doctor my daughter has been having an infection in her throat for almost 2 months . He automatically knew she needs her tonsils removed I drove 2 hours for him he was my second opinion the first doctor said that they couldn't help me she had to have at least seven infections before they could do anything I didn't want my daughter to be on medication for several months I drove to a second opinion doctor all the way in Novi he's very nice very friendly the whole staff everyone is very caring I know his office is all the way in Novi but it's definitely worth the drive he's very educated and he is very sweet. I'm glad I drove the 2-hour drive to him and he's very caring as well very caring. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I Tried calling the doctors office after I left my appointment/ procedure because my stitches came out right away and they closed at 5 pm. I Couldn’t get past being placed on automated hold and it was 430-445

Kept waiting too long. Finally ushered in by an indifferent staff member who questioned me then abruptly left on mid sentence. Doctor didn't seem that interested in my issue; lackluster exam. I felt he lacked any empathy and didn't address my problem thoroughly. Went to a completely wrong diagnosis as he sent me to the exit. I felt rushed, and on reflection I will not return for any further treatment.
