The office was extremely clean. Everyone from the receptionist to the physician assistant were very courteous and polite and efficient. I found the doctor to be very pleasant. As I was starting to explain my situation, saying I would hurry cause I knew we had other patients he said to me take all the time you need. Very rare for a doctor, he listened. He explained everything that needed to be done or could be done. Set up a schedule where they were going to take care of almost everything that would require me to do very little other than to get some bloodwork. I left extremely impressed. I’m 75 years old and I don’t impress easily.
Great surgeon easy to talk to but they canceled my appointment and made me reschedule 3 times in a row before I could see him.
We were amazed by the doctor’s response to how willing he is to correct my brother’s condition with surgery! An answered prayer 😇
Explained everything perfectly for my understanding. I left encouraged and look forward to his treatments.
He takes his time with you and he explains everything in detail I feel like I'm in good hands .
Very professional in explaining problem and options, very knowledgeable.
Dr. Willis is truly the best surgeon I've ever had. He is compassionate and caring but most of all his knowledge of his field makes him the best!!!
he made me feel at ease with the upcoming surgery I have with him
Gave us hope and not afraid to take on the challenge of working with seniors situation. Shows his confidence as a leader in his field. Thank you for not referring us to another doctor.
