I've been through too many surgeries. With that said, I was extremely pleased with the nurses, Dr. WILLIS. They were kind, professional, took the time to listen. The anesthesia team was exceptional also. They took in all of my concerns and made me safe.

Can’t really rate this Dr. because I haven't had a chance to meet him so I’m judging him from his staff and business practices. I have been rescheduled twice last minute. On one visit i drove far and got to the front desk to check in only to find out that the Dr. would not be in and that i needed to reschedule. I was early. The staff were unapologetic. I have to get approval to take off work and so this has really inconvenienced me. Today I chose a different unfamiliar location and arrived 7 minutes late.
On my call to the back the devil red headed tongue ring wearing nurse called my name with no pleasantries or greeting really dry and cold. Once inside she ordered me to put my belongings on the counter and get onto the scale and immediate said you “barely made it here. You are lucky we didn’t have to reschedule you.”
After arguing back in forth for too long I told her that I wanted to speak to the Dr. She said “well get in the scale so you can go see him”. With choice words I left.

Have had numerous back surgeries to my back. Each time Dr Willis was very
Professional and has a great bedside manner. Coming up is my 9 - 10 surgery since 2017. I trust his judgment.
