Still waiting to hear from person ordering my orthotics. It's been 2 weeks, since I was told she was going to call my insurance Company and take my deposit. Check staff it following thru!
Very professional care and attention to details.
Super explanation of my broken toe situation. Polite, friendly, thorough. Only question the notes I was provided as they don't agree with what was actually discussed and time spent was less than on note.
Dr.Cook helped me so much. As soon as he walked through the door he was assessing my pain and giving me ways to get back to my normal life.
