I switched to Dr. Fazili after my previous gastro gave me three consecutive colonoscopies that yielded inconclusive results. I had followed the prep directions exactly as requested and yet they had to be redone. I was in despair when I reached out to Dr. Fazili. She took the time to listen to my concerns and understood my despair and frustration. She went above and beyond to make sure that I would have a successful prep with conclusive results. Her first attempt was successful, and she has been my doctor for many years. She is not only one of the best in her field, but she is also a caring and wonderful person who treats you with kindness. compassion and respect. She sets you at ease and makes the whole experience much more tolerable. She is someone I would choose not only as my doctor, but as my friend. She also has a great sense of humor and knows how to put you at ease. I would recommend her without hesitation. Do not hesitate to make her your doctor as well! You won't regret it!

I've never needed a GI before and I'm so glad a family member referred to Dr. Fazili. She is very knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. My first visit was a telehealth visit and by the questions she asked I knew she had taken the time to review my chart. She gave me ample time to answer and ask questions and I never felt rushed. I had my first colonoscopy and upper endoscopy with her this last year, at her Brighton office. Everyone there was extremely kind and reassuring, from Dr. Fazili, to her secretary to the nurses and nurse anesthetist. I never thought I would say that these tests were great experiences but considering everything, it comes down to the dr and her team and now knowing that I am in excellent hands.

The first person who did check in was very hard to understand! This is difficult when they are asking very important questions regarding medications and past medical history! It also looked like she had pink eye!!!!! There wasn’t a place to rate the check in person so I’m listing it here

I found Dr. Fazili's secretary, Rebecca, to be very helpful and prompt in getting back to me regarding questions I had. My procedure was precisely everything that was explained. The staff were great....preprocedure nurse, Joe, procedure nurse, Janet, and post procedure nurse Crystal. Dr. Fazili addressed all concerns prior to the procedure and followed up with me after.

She was warm and understanding, and presented several options.
