I waited over a hr after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I was asked to arrive 15mins early but when the doc is late is ok? Very frustrating Other than that my experience with the doctor was good.
Great communicator! After looking at my history he had a solid understanding of my situation and offered helpful advice.
Had initial meeting with Dr Basques. Seemed nice and very knowledgeable. Moving forward with him to next step.
Explained that my back would need surgery for me to be pain free after looking at my MRI results. He was very nice & I will have the surgery in Sept.
I did not have to wait long to see Dr Basques. He discussed my xray and he gave me some suggestions to help my problem. I did not feel rushed.

I have been in the medical field myself for over 20 years and I have never been in an office that is so efficient in everything they do! Dr.Basques saved me at a critical time in my life with my back. I am grateful for the entire practice! The manager should be so happy to have such wonderful staff. Thank you to the entire practice.
