Sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours, just to finally get to see this man, who was less than professional. He was talking very fast and I even told him I did not understand what he was saying and he said well hopefully you understand and walked out!

At my appointment today, I actually never saw Dr. Kirby after I was told I must see him to continue my medication. After waiting 40 minutes, I only had the option of seeing his nurse practitioner or wait another 15-30 minutes she said. When I decided to just talk to her, she told me that I must come back every six months, and I said that was ridiculous because I feel that’s too soon if I feel that nothing is wrong. I said that I feel like it’s another way of doctors getting money. She quickly raised her finger at me and said, “you will not speak like that here.” I have never been shamed at a doctors office. I have never been made to feel that my situation was not valid. Her fake smile and horrible attitude towards me question Dr. Kirby, and his practice. She also suggested in a subtle way that I take my business elsewhere. She said my primary doctor can take care of my prescriptions. I pray that I never need to return.

I said that my kneck was bothering me a he addressed it and took an xray, too my surprise it's not in the spine but the muscles next to the spine, he gave me two shots it was a little uncomfortable but didn't hurt at all. I have a lot of trust and confidence in Dr. Kirby.

I just had my first appt with Dr. Kirby and I was pleasantly surprised. He really took the time to listen to what I had been dealing with with my previous Dr's, what procedures I've had, which ones work, which didn't and which ones I might need. This blew my mind! All the other Dr's have been telling me which procedures I need, even tho I tell them I've had that procedure and it made me worse, they normally don't care. So I am very excited about Dr. Kirby being my new Dr. You deal with so much pain over the years and try not to lose hope and get sucked in by despair and when the Dr's don't care to listen it makes it hard. So I'm very happy

This team of professionals understand this and will work with you to reduce the amount of pain medication you have been taking for so many years to better your quality of life .
