To further his expertise, Dr. Sirmon then completed a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center. During his training, Dr. Sirmon was honored by the American Orthopaedic Association as an Emerging Leader in Orthopaedics.
Dr. Sirmon currently holds professional society memberships with the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Georgia Orthopaedic Society, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Association for Hand Surgery.
