Was late to the appointment (first appointment of the day). Rushed through results. Didn't really listen and very impersonable. I am not confident in my course of care. Everyone else in his practice is awesome though

Very personal , however my problem has not been solved.. I think everyone is a little stumped as to why I did not improve but I appreciated the effort. He gave me more suggestions which I will try.

I have not felt heard when I talk with Dr. Hsu. When I am talking he often jumps in and says his own thing instead of thoroughly listening to me. I have seen him for two different issues, and neither time did I feel like his treatments were helpful. When I was in the OR for a procedure, I was under only a local anesthetic and the conversation he and the other operating room members were having was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I was very discouraged and a little offended by that conversation. To be honest, I felt more heard by the PA-C, Erin, than I did from Dr. Hsu.

Dr. Hsu is one of the most compassionate and polite doctors that I have ever met
