Very personal , however my problem has not been solved.. I think everyone is a little stumped as to why I did not improve but I appreciated the effort. He gave me more suggestions which I will try.

I have not felt heard when I talk with Dr. Hsu. When I am talking he often jumps in and says his own thing instead of thoroughly listening to me. I have seen him for two different issues, and neither time did I feel like his treatments were helpful. When I was in the OR for a procedure, I was under only a local anesthetic and the conversation he and the other operating room members were having was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I was very discouraged and a little offended by that conversation. To be honest, I felt more heard by the PA-C, Erin, than I did from Dr. Hsu.

Dr. Hsu is one of the most compassionate and polite doctors that I have ever met

Seemed to not listen and rush me out

He came in with a whatever attitude, told me nothing looks wrong and didn’t even look at the mri with me when the mri had things he didn’t even bother to go over!
I’m pretty upset too that he walked in very poorly dressed (sweatshirt jacket, sweatpants) and very poorly groomed. He looked terrible. You’re a physician and should hold yourself to a better standard. I will definitely never see him again!
