My review aims to be as objective as possible and is not influenced by the information Dr. Wertz shared. I took several weeks after our meeting to carefully consider my thoughts before writing this.
Unfortunately, I found Dr. Wertz to be somewhat disconnected and cold at times. During the exam, I experienced significant discomfort, and despite voicing this, adjustments were not made. Additionally, I struggled to trust her assessment, as it seemed to reflect a subjective perspective rather than an objective presentation of the data. Based on my own expertise in the field, the numbers and data clearly supported a different course of action than what she advised, which was not aligned with standard practices. This discrepancy left me concerned about the reliability of her recommendations.

She lacked bedside manner, was quite blunt and direct. Some people might like that. I found it challenging, particularly as you're going to her for medical advice and guidance that often has great personal meaning and is life-changing.

Dr. Brooke was so kind , knowledgeable and empathetic. The way she explained everything during my first visit put me at ease and helped me understand the process in detail. I know I’m in good hands and would totally recommend her to anyone looking for a fertility specialist.
