Love the staff from the lovely reception team to the nurses that work for Dr. Bickelhaupt. This was a quick appointment and I appreciated all the knowledge Dr.B gave me to help with my lower back pain.

She was nice and also explained things well but after the poor experience with her nurse both before and after seeing the doctor, I'd rather not be seen at all than go back to see her again.
