This was one of the worst physician appointments I have ever experienced. The physician ordered X-rays at the beginning of the appointment but never reviewed the results with us or referenced them during the visit.
The physician's demeanor was unusual and off-putting, with long, awkward pauses and facial expressions that came across as smug or condescending. Responses to questions were brief and lacked any meaningful explanation or discussion. Throughout the appointment, it felt as though the physician did not want to engage with the patient or believed the visit was unnecessary.
When we asked whether the physician had experience treating the condition in question, the only response was a nod accompanied by another unusual facial expression, with no verbal explanation or reassurance. Overall, the encounter felt dismissive, left our questions unanswered, and did not provide the level of communication or patient care we expected.

My visit with Dr. Bickelhaupt was so good. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, in a caring and patient manner, and she included me in the treatment plan, which I greatly appreciate! She is top notch, and I highly recommend her.
