I was left to Dr. Patel by Dr. Krisch after seeing him for almost 30 years. . He didn’t ask me one question about urinary issues, did not go over my test results which were off. Didn’t even know why I was there or being prescribed medication , said he doesn’t prescribe the medication for my condition. Did not give me my examination . The Dr was unprepared, incompetent, negligent, and gross negligent, knew nothing about me or my conditions. Then asked me for my pain management doctors card and said he needed to call them!!!!! For what??? He ran with an assumption instead of my decades of records. He believes I was being prescribed the medication for a totally unrelated issue that happened after my original injury. This is totally unacceptable I travel over an hour each way bc of Dr Krisch but if your care falls off to this degree. I was upset enough when Dr. Krisch retired but now feel even worse after my visit. It was not a seem less transition it was a failure.
