I never received a diagnosis of my back issue, a follow up on my X-ray, or any restrictions for work, This was a work related injury and I have to go work with real bad lower back pain. I am thinking I may request workers comp to send me to another provider. I feel like I just got pawned off to a therapist with no explanation.
