Brian Woebkenberg, M.D.

Dr. Brian Woebkenberg is a native of the area and grew up on a small family farm south of Ferdinand in northern Spencer County. He graduated from Heritage Hills High School and then attended Wabash College before attending Indiana University School of Medicine. He then completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.

He served in the United States Army until 2011 including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008.

He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons in General Orthopaedics, as well as being the only local Orthopaedic Surgeon with a sub-specialty board certification in Sports Medicine. His interests include running, Cross-Fit, traveling, and anything related to his children and family.
