Dr. Is very good but I waited for the Dr. in a room for about 50 min.

I arrived at 9:40 as requested. But, did not get called into a room until 10:23. The doctor game in about 10 to 15 minutes later.

Dr. Damitz is a great physician, he listens to the patients and then asks his questions. I’m still working on getting my ankle fracture to heal but with this knowledge and help I am hopeful I’ll get there soon.

I seem Dr. Damitz in 2017 for my foot and he did great. He gave me a physical therapy exercise that allowed me to not even ever have to go back for that issue and it repaired my foot. So now in 2024 I have another foot issue and he has a treatment plan that works best for me and I have all the confidence in the world he’s going to fix it. I would highly recommend him and he’s such a good listener he cares about our concerns things that we care about and such a nice office staff too

Dr. Damitz is AMAZING! He spoke directly to my 12 year old (who has Down Syndrome). He listened to HER concerns and addressed them. He was engaging and thorough. She setes a lot of doctors, he is the gold standard of how every doctor should interact with their patients.

I am a nurse and have experienced a lot of doctors in my career- good and bad. Dr Damitz immediately put me at ease, gave me hope that he could help me get better and I could tell he genuinely cared about my well being. I will send any family members and friends with foot issues straight to him!

I was supposed to have surgery with him today, but Northwest Hospital notified me at 4 pm on Friday, 1/12, that they aren't contracted with my insurance. even though Dr. Damitz and his office is signed my surgery consent 9 WEEKS AGO!

This doctor is the most caring person I have ever had …. I got a pin infection in my foot and it got so bad I could hardly walk. It was on a Saturday when I called the office to get an emergency line and when Dr Damitz called back he knew I was hurting and decided to come to my house to take my pin out of my foot (I had no one to drive me anywhere). Also instead of having someone drive 60 miles to bring my antibiotics to me he went to get them for me. I was just besides myself, I have never had a doctor do this for me. Thank you Dr Damitz and his wife for being so understanding…. Don’t think twice to go to him.. He needs an award or public recognition

This man is the best! He takes time with you, explains things clearly and provides rationals for why he wants to do something medically necessary. Yet, he is also conservative in his method of practicing medicine. He doesn’t order an entire battery of tests at once. He tries a therapy or test and then waits to see how well that works before moving on to the next step. In addition to this, he has a friendly and kind demeanor, as does his staff! Very happy he was recommended to me!

The day prior to my appointment with Dr. Damitz, I had another doctor appointment with an unrelated specialty group. I left that appointment down and depressed at the rushed visit and dismissive nature of my practitioner/surgeon. It was a surgery and lab test follow-up conducted nearly five months later (had to wait for lab results discussion for a test conducted early JUNE—why?). I’m not supposed to be here critiquing another. My point is, I walked into my appointment with Dr. D. already on guard for anything similar. It was the polar-opposite. He was kind, caring, patient, understanding, and empathetic. I’m certain I have a touch of Adult attention deficit issues, so I was concerned I’d miss something in the conversation. He was very calm and restated his assessment. I needed a surgery re-schedule for personal reasons (it was five weeks away), and he nor his staff gave me any grief! Kudos and thank you to Dr. D. and his staff at LB & JI for refreshing my faith!
