A graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Damitz earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. He then underwent podiatric medicine and surgery internship and residency training at Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northport, New York.
Dr. Damitz stays active by bike riding and hiking and also occasionally enjoys traveling, watching movies, and playing video games.

He's very personable, easy to communicate with. Knows his specialty well and it's incredibly knowledgeable. He's efficient and his office wait times are short and reasonable. Would highly recommend Dr Damitz and have full confidence in the care provided
