A very informative & action oriented doctor. Understanding and attentive. A huge step forward for my treatment and the next phase of my recovery. Excited about his interaction with my home care, nutrition, GJ tube situation and him setting up a swallow study for me. After my visit with Dr. Story I feel confident his involvement in my ongoing care will get me back to some semblance of normal. I thank him for his indulgence.

One of the best experiences i’ve had going to the doctors. I was so afraid of getting an endoscopy and did not know what to expect but these people are awesome and made me feel at home, quick and easy procedure i loved it.

Dr Story is an incredible medical provider. We just could not be happier with his care. Dr Story is a phenomenal listener and addresses each concern with expertise and heart. He is supportive of ideas that we may have and tries very hard to help us achieve our own goals. He also has a great wealth of knowledge to give advice and help us find answers and solutions to my son’s medical issues. Dr Story is also just a very nice and good man. He is a great blessing in our lives!

He joined Idaho Gastroenterology Associates in the summer of 2013. He practices all aspects of general gastroenterology and hepatology with special clinical interests in management of biliary tract disease and Barrett’s esophagus. He is trained in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) and Barrx ablation of the esophagus.
Dr. Story strives for a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to medicine. He believes that being a good listener provides the foundation of a positive patient-doctor relationship. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, hiking, golf, and spending time with his family.
