Today was my first visit. He explained everything to me so that it was understandable. He also had a wonderful personality.

The visit was horrible first off everything thing he said he ask me what I want to do if I knew what to for my arm I would have never call for an appointment. Very rude has no concerns for his patients and he told me that had to happen to my arm like four times which nothing happen but my arm had been hurting for weeks and he said that had nothing to do with my arm piping out of place how would he know he did it even try to feel my arm for swelling ask me nothing about what pain meds I had left just terrible I call and left a message on me Ginger voicemail currently waiting on a call back and I have insurance he kept asking me do I want to wait a couple weeks or waste my money. If I’m hurting now what do a few weeks have to do with anything and if my arm was hurting prior to it coming out of place was something why he didn’t see about the something else. I went to the back at 305 and walked bout before 320

Great doc, friendly personality and does fantastic work. He has operated on both knees over the years and am quite happy with the results. Would never use anyone else.

Poor bedside manners, no explanation and demeanor as if the patient is there to bother him. This was the 2nd time so "maybe he's having a bad day" excuse is out the window.

This was the first time I have seen Dr. Ludwig. Dr. Kenebrew has always been my Dr. in the past. Ludwig was great. Very easy to talk to and listened to what I had to say. I would gladly use either he or kenebrew . Both are great.
