Staff very professional, friendly and helpful.
Explained what’s going on, offered potential tests and treatments with risks etc then together made a plan for treatment
I have to say my first visit with this physician was a little frustrating. Reason being, I was already frustrated with the problem I was having and upon his encounter with me he asked what I needed? As if he didn't even look over chart prior to my first visit. And then he grabs the area of my pain begins to squeeze and I flinched back because he was hurting me when I told him that part was hurting for him to continue was a little annoying. I had to go home and take another pill for the pain. However, day of surgery he was better to deal with and did a great job. After visit was better and he was careful not to cause more pain.
As always he understands my needs.
Excellent surgeon- He corrected my hands flawlessly. Great personality great professional.
Dr Keener answered all my questions and provided me with treatment options for trigger finger. I was very pleased with his service.
