Dr. Brian Keener, a native of Maryland, received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia. He then went on to the Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine in Hershey for his M.D. degree. After completing his orthopedic surgery residency at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Dr. Keener completed his fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases.
A board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Keener is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society as well as the Mennonite Medical Association.

Had to really pry to receive any recommendations from him for the issue I was having. I did spend $40 for a copay to have him tell me “sometimes people have pain”.
Professional and a straight shooter.
