Dr. Brian Keener, a native of Maryland, received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia. He then went on to the Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine in Hershey for his M.D. degree. After completing his orthopedic surgery residency at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Dr. Keener completed his fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases.
A board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Keener is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society as well as the Mennonite Medical Association.

Dr Keener is knowledgeable, no nonsense, and gets right to the point. He listens and responds to all questions I present. This is what I want and need ina physician.
Very friendly and gave me options to take for the pain.
I was a first time patient at &LOG. It’s a little unnerving having to visit them to begin with. All staff really put me at ease abcs the DR explained to me the process from how the injury probably occurred through how we can repair it. I would recommend log to everyone
Very friendly, explained everything regarding carpel tunnel and answered all our questions. Very pleased.
Dr Keener was friendly and kind. He explained what he thought was the cause of the problem that I was having, and then had x rays taken to be sure. After looking at the results, he explained my options and had me choose what I preferred to do.
