Very busy, long wait but Dr Hale is always friendly, accurate helpfull. Irrrplaceable.
Needed a new prescription. Called. Told I Needed to speak to Dr Hale. Set up video appointment for today at 11:15. Logged in at 11:00 am. No one responded until 11:29. Was told Dr Hale hade hospital emergency OK. WAS Sent email link for nurse. Nurse responded at 11:59. 30 minute wait. Nurse responded and finally took request for new script to send to my pharmacy. SHOULD IT REALLY TAKE AN HOUR TO RENEW A SCRIPT THAT I HAVE HAD TWICE PREVIOUSLY???
He has been handling my bladder cancer for about 7 years and it hasn't returned.
