Wonderful doctor. You are in good hands. Always listening and available when you need help. Experience counts. Could not ask for a better Urologist.

I waited for over an hour for a televisit. When I call after 45 minutes to see what was going on the person on the phone told me to hold and maybe wait for 10 minutes before he came back with an answer. Only then did I get seen. Why came on the line he spent roughly 1 minute with me. That is not service. That is using me to catch up. Unacceptable my book.

Refused to discuss anything related to my dad’s stent and possibility of a nephrostomy and stent removal to reduce UTI recurrence. Completely blew us off and made no attempt to speak to me directly despite my request and being my dads health surrogate.
