He is very positive about how to handle problems. Communication skills that match his nephrology knowledge.

Dealing with this practice has been a nightmare. Trying to get an appointment by phone is a disaster. I was forced to reenter all my insurance coverage, answer health questions and sign documents which I already had done. The appointment took well over 2 hours, when a 2-minute telemedicine call would have sufficed. When checking out and scheduling a follow-up appointment, I waited for 10 minutes for the woman to get off the phone, only to have her tell me she couldn’t schedule the appointment and that I should call back in October (and deal with their mistreatment of me yet again).
