The absolute best. He cares, listens, and has the medical expertise to back up his practices. They work. All my previous doctors didn’t listen and mindlessly suggested circumcision. When I expressed how important it was to keep my foreskin, Dr. Dicks understood and has helped me achieve what no one else could. I can’t thank him enough.
