Dr. Brian Dicks is an exceptional Board Certified Urologist. He is friendly, helpful, and attentive. I especially like his Clear communication providing thorough explanations and creating a relaxed environment. He also provides and carries out effective plans in Men’s urological health. I am grateful for his care and empathic side.

Doctor and his PA provide quality medical treatment. The administration side is less impressive. Yesterday I was keep waiting an hour after I was told to arrive before seeing even a nurse or PA, the doctor was delayed further due to “other procedures”. This is not the first time I have experienced unusual delays in waiting for service. Perhaps scheduling can be improved.
