Staff was ready and got sign in wrapped up in a timely manner. Short wait and then led to exam room. Spent a little too long waiting for Dr. Dr. came with all the right explanations of treatments and answers to my questions. Had to wait a bit and the Dr finished the exam. Everyone was friendly and professional.

It was nice meeting Dr. Dicks. He helped alleviate some of my concerns. But I did not like how late he was.

He’s a true professional. I assume most men aren’t excited the day of surgery. He makes it about as easy and comfortable as it could be. Explaining the experience you should be having the whole way through. I heard about him from other male clients of mine and they all agreed he’s the man. When you hear the name it obviously sounds like a gimmick. Dr. D is no joke. You can tell he’s made this his craft in a sense.

I have to tell you that he was excellent. He explained everything I did not feel rushed. I wish he was my primary doctor. Definitely worth it. The lady where you call back I can’t remember her name. She wasn’t very helpful. She didn’t like all my questions but the doctor will answer everything.

He was great. I so appreciated the fact that he came in prior to the procedure, and then saw me afterwards as well. He was very kind and reassuring which is just what I needed in that surgical environment.
