Dr. Carter is a wonderful doctor. He has always taken time to explain answers to all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I have been getting the epidural shot for right around three years now. He knows that I’m always crazy nervous and he always says something to make me laugh before I’m taken back to get started. I appreciate him for that. I would definitively recommend him for any of your spinal needs.
