I really like Dr. Carter and feel he has my best interest. He is cautious in his prescription writing and wants to make sure all options are tried before moving in another direction. One of the characteristics of a good doctor is to have the thought of “”Do no harm “. I believe these are his thoughts on his patients care. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Carter is wonderful. He remembered the specifics of my situation, and developed a program that would improve my strength and reduce my pain without surgery (a combination of medications, epidural shot, physical therapy, and workout progressions). I might not be able to hike the Grand Canyon, but hopeful I’ll be able to hike, bike, and walk my neighborhood trails - which is my actual old-lady goal.

I could not be more pleased with the level of care and professionalism I received from Dr. Carter. I was, honestly, terrified going into this appointment. He instantly put me at ease provided excellent treatment. I left smiling. You can’t ask for better.

Each appointment turns out great! Dr. Carter ask me questions about my condition and how I’m managing symptoms. He listens and works accordingly to help me manage systems. I ask questions about future prognosis and management of symptoms to reduce pain. He is honest and to the point. I appreciate his professionalism, treatment, and management of my case.

He wasted my time, did absolutely nothing, rude, inappropriate, unprofessional, gaslighting, did not listen to anything I said, unprepared, and terrible attitude. He lied and said he'd be right back and he never returned.

I love Dr. Carter and have been very satisfied with my care at TOC. However, I really don't understand why I have to ask medical professionals to wear a mask during an ongoing pandemic!? It makes me feel unsafe while in the office and really doubt the offices medical judgement.

I felt like my care regarding my orthopedic issues was acceptable; however other issues were found through an MRI and those were never mentioned. I felt that was too significant to ignore, yet it was.

My appointment was scheduled for today at 8am. I work 3rd shift at a different hospital and could not leave my shift until 7:30. I arrived and checked-in, only to be told at the desk that Dr. Carter was out of town and would be unable to see me for two weeks. This was after my appointment was verified by a phone call from the TOC not four days ago. Our local children's clinic sends texts over the weekend to verify our child's appointment if it is early on a Monday morning. I cannot understand why the TOC is incapable of doing the same thing when a Doctor has to make an appointment change over the weekend for whatever reason.

He is a very personable doctor and takes time to explain and answer questions. I feel he is focused on solving my issue.
