Dr. Brian Au, D.P.M., is board-certified in Rearfoot by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and fellowship-trained in sports medicine from the Specialty Surgical Center. He earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Brian Au, D.P.M., was born and raised in Virginia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Biochemistry from the University of Virginia and his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in North Chicago.
Dr. Au completed his three-year surgical residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he worked in conjunction with orthopedic, vascular, and plastic surgery. He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at the Specialty Surgical Center in Irvine, California. He has a diverse training background in biomechanics, rearfoot and forefoot reconstructive surgery, diabetic limb salvage and charcot reconstruction, wound care, trauma, ankle arthroscopy, and sports medicine.
Dr. Au is a current member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is Board Certified in Rearfoot with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, biking, and trying new food.
